1. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically, orders reach their destination within 6-10 days after purchase.

  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We only ship within the Switzerland.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Switzerland. No extra shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 05:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. How can I track my order?

6. What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • It should be shipped back in the same condition as received.
